Why was this startup created?

When I spoke with some of the top companies and organizations in charge of recruitment, I found that they always had problems related to recruitment. Also, they didn't have clear criteria regarding why they would hire a candidate, and they didn't have a cycle to improve the recruitment process. But the most surprising fact was that my company also had the same problem! In short, people often judge who to hire "just because," it’s often based on their experience and intuition. Because of the evolution of AI, it is now possible to judge peoples’ “just because” feelings more reasonably. We'd like to adopt that within the HR field and aim to create a world where employees can work with excellent colleagues.

Please describe your product or service.

Jobright is a web application for companies in SEA to manage, analyze, and optimize the recruitment process using AI. Jobright helps you to manage the recruitment process easily, find optimum recruitment channels and processes, and makes communicating with applicants simple.

 

What is your company's vision?

We'd like to keep providing a service that focuses on people. Through this service, we'd like to create a world where the people our customers employ are able to happily work with excellent colleagues.

What are your plans or goals for expanding your business over the next year?

We'd like to provide this service to not only companies who are looking for new members, but also to talent agencies and head hunters. Then, we will expand this service from the market in Vietnam to the ASEAN market.
