Why was this startup created?
We wanted to solve the problem of labor welfare that has up until now been solved through labor-intensive jobs. For example, we create transparency in the field of nursing care by sharing individual's skills and creating tight connections among people.
We live in a rapidly aging society, and that's true around the world no matter where you live. It is, however, especially true in Japan, where the population is aging quickly and is a problem for this developed country. We are solving the problem in Japan by utilizing IT, which means that we solved a global problem early, and we established a company that can act as a role model.
